We’re happy you’re a customer—so we’re sorry you have to come here. But since you are here, you should know that our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible.
If you’re dissatisfied for any reason and have your original invoice, we’ll provide a full refund for up to 90 days after purchase with the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item.
Returns after 90 days or without an invoice may be eligible for merchandise credit. This decision will be based on how much you used the item and how long it's been since your purchase. The credit amount will be determined upon receipt of the return.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Supplying return codes when you return an order helps us improve our customer service and product descriptions. If you have lost your return form, please use the codes below to help us learn from you.
In the event of return code 12 (Other) please provide a short description of the reason.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
