You placed your order, so where’s your stuff? If you have a user account, you can sign in and go to Your Account to check the status of your order by clicking on "Order History". Then click on "View" to see the order details. If we’ve shipped your order, you’ll get an email that includes the delivery tracking number. When you place an order, we take certain steps to verify and authorize all your info. On rare occasions that authorization might fail or get delayed. The other possibility is that unexpected changes to our inventory happened during your order process. Our ultimate goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason you can return your merchandise within 90 days for a full refund. At the moment, we only ship merchandise within the United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). We use FedEx as a delivery carrier in the United States.
Currently, we are not shipping to APO/FPO boxes.
Customers may select from standard, 2nd day, and next day shipping via FedEx.
Standard delivery is $6.95, 2nd day is $15.00, and next day is $25.00.
